- November 2020 - DC Council approved Act 23-479 legalizing the operation of Games of skill under the regulation of the Office of Lottery and Gaming.
- Players must be 18 or older.
- A Game of Skill involves a game whereby the player’s skill, not chance or luck, is the determining factor on whether the player wins or loses.
- Existing ABC license holders may operate upto 5 certified game of skill machines on premises.
